Visma Ski Classics
Visma Ski Classics is a cooperation between athletes, events and IEC in Sports representatives in order to enhance the world of long distance skiing. The Ski Classics concept launched in front the ski season of 2011.

Ski Classics is a new concept combining the most traditional long distance cross country skiing events in Europe into a TV product. The series consists of 6 events where the last one will be the Ski Classics Final, rounding up the season and hosting the season review prize ceremony. The long distance ski races are unique winter sport events combining professional and amateur skiers through picturesque landscapes across Europe.

Worldloppet is an international sports federation of cross-country skiing marathons, founded in 1978, in Uppsala, Sweden. The aim of Worldloppet is to promote the sport of cross-country skiing throughout the various ski races around the world.

Each country can only be represented with one race each. Worldloppet currently unites 20 races from Europe, America, Asia and Australia. For Norway both Birkebeinerrennet, Ingalåmi 30 km and FredagsBirken ski are Worldloppet races.

Remember to get the stamp in your Worldloppet Passport after finishing. Contact the race office in Håkons Hall for stamp, and questions, after the race.
