Mysafety’s Cancellation Insurance covers the costs or part of them if you are prevented from participating. For example, if the participant or their close relative suddenly falls ill, dies, or is injured due to an accident, or if public transportation, which you use to travel to the event venue, does not operate according to the timetable provided by the carrier in advance.
You can purchase the insurance at the time of registration, and it’s valid from the moment of payment until you arrive at the event venue or at the latest when the event begins.
The insurance applies to everyone who has purchased a ticket to any of Birken Events in conjunction with the insurance. If the insured person is prevented from participating in the event and someone else participates in their place, the new participant is considered insured.
The maximum compensation limit is the price of the event fee.
