Birken AS are happy to announce collaboration with Right To Play Norway. The collaboration will focus on children's right to education and play and promote participation in grassroots sports.

From 2025, Right To Play Norway will be an active part of both the Birkebeinerrennet, the Birkebeinerrittet and the Birkebeinerløpet.

The collaboration involves several measures that will contribute to the collection of funds to support Right To Play Norway’s projects. For each event, participants get the opportunity to donate when registering, and StafettBirken (ski relay) now becomes Right To Play StafettBirken. It will also be possible to buy starter passes directly from Right To Play, where the proceeds go to their work.

- We are incredibly proud to collaborate with Right To Play. Together, we can use the power of sport to make a positive difference in children's lives, while at the same time strengthening our own events, says Jostein Buraas, general manager of Birken AS.

Right To Play looks forward to playing a visible and active role at Birken's events.

- This partnership gives us a fantastic opportunity to reach out to thousands of participants in the Birken events, and through them create lasting change for children who really need it. We are grateful for Birken's support and look forward to a fruitful collaboration, says Casper Klejnstrup, Partnership Manager in Right To Play Norway.

The collaboration agreement extends over the next two years with intentions to extend it.
